Day 2!

As I laid awake in my bed, I realized that the birds here are LOUD. There is one in particular that calls all throughout the night, and the noise it makes sounds the the noise your phone makes when you're trying to FaceTime someone. I call it the FaceTime bird. Mid-afternoon the squad took a trip to the beach! It was about a 40 minute walk from where we live. The weather was perfect, but the water was far too rough to go in. There was exactly one person in the water and he was surfing. After the beach we visited the day care in the eco lodge. Many of the children were too young to form sentences, but there were two brothers who were very talkative and curious about life in "The States." So cute!! This picture perfect day consisted basically of chilling and napping and then more chilling.
